Who is responsible

Milenovic Advisory (Belgrade, Serbia) operates this website and is the data controller for personal data submitted through it. For any privacy question or request, write to dusan.milenovic@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect two kinds of information:

• Enquiry data you send us: name, company, email address and the content of your message, plus the IP address and browser user agent of the request (used for spam protection and rate limiting).
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and events such as submitting the contact form or requesting a call.

Google Analytics 4

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use the pages. GA4 is loaded through Google Consent Mode with analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization all set to denied by default. No GA4 script is downloaded and no analytics cookie is set until you press Accept in the cookie banner.

IP anonymisation is enabled, advertising and remarketing features are switched off, and we do not use the data for advertising or sell it to anyone. Google may process the data outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses.

Scheduling and third parties

Booking a consultation opens Calendly, and the About page links to LinkedIn. When you follow those, the respective provider's own privacy policy and cookies apply. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Legal basis and retention

Analytics cookies are used on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time). Enquiry data is processed to answer your request and in our legitimate interest in running the practice, and is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry and our records, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a copy of the data you gave us. Send the request to dusan.milenovic@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
